Ann Summers is a popular brand name among British adults due to numerous lingerie and adult products stores. Ann Summers launched an internet bingo site last year and has announced the launch of an accompanying online casinos site in the near future. The Ann Summers brand appeals to both sexes and the addition of internet gambling is expected to draw in more male players.
The new online casinos site will operate on Parlay Entertainment software through a white label deal with St. Minver. St. Minver is well known in the industry for a wide range of white labeled gambling sites that focus on more niche gaming markets – such is the case with the Ann Summers site. Although the site is expected to continue to draw in more than a million unique visitors every month, the site and brand itself caters more to a niche section of the online casinos gambling market. St. Minver is licensed out of Gibraltar and is one the most popular companies that offer white labeling options.
The new online casinos site is expected to only benefit and add value to the Ann Summers name as it will drive more players to the Web site and to affiliates. Leigh Nissim, the M.D. at St. Miner comments, “Ann Summers aims to extend its relationship with customers both from a communications and revenue perspective. The online casinos site is expected to add balance to the current registering player base because although internet bingo attracts more females to the Ann Summers site, the new Parlay internet gambling site is expected to appeal more to males.
