Inspired Gaming's Options |
Inspired Gaming plc is an online casino gaming company with interest in the internet gambling industry. Over the past several months the company has released information that the company is entertaining acquisition possibilities. Specifically, the online casinos industry is expecting that the FL Group to place a formal acquisition request in the coming months.
The two companies have been in negotiations for several months at this point, but yet the online casino gaming company has stated that the company has not yet received an indicative offer from the FL Group. Some in the industry speculate that the falling price of Inspired’s shares is a large part of why the company has yet to receive an indicative offer.
The FL Group could be waiting for the online casino company Inspired to level out in the London AIM before making an offer. Inspired released the statement concerning the acquisition possibilities following the company dropping 20 percent in share value on the stock market. That is certainly an alarming for companies considering paying a certain price per share.
And even though the online casino company Inspired has released statements that unidentified companies are interested in acquisition, negotiations apparently have stalled or are not progressing quickly considering that they are still not reporting pending acquisition plans months after the first company showed interest.
